BP is falling far short of in their cleanup efforts - only skimming or buring a fraction of what they promised regulators that they could.
One rescuer tells the following story about their work trying to save the oil soaked animals in the Gulf; "He had Frank Sinatra blue eyes...My friend was holding him and she felt him take about four more breaths... he just died in our arms."
