A consultant service in China helps wealthy Chinese mothers travel to the U.S. to give birth .... guaranteeing a US passport and citizenship to the new baby. For a $1,475 fee, the expectant mother spends three months at a Chinese owned baby care center in California. Included in the fee; a room with cable TV, internet and for an additional $35 (per day), three meals per day.
